Aashish Gupta Demystifies all those Scary Health Data Acronyms

Aashish Gupta is a demographer and sociologist, currently a postdoctoral fellow at Oxford University. I spoke to him in May 2023 to record an episode for the India Forum Talkies. Here Aashish provides a succinct overview of the different health data registration systems and surveys in India, and also tells us why it is quite a serious issue that we haven’t had our decennial 2021 Census as yet.
